Our specialty is working with quality buyers for good homes (like yours!) in all price ranges who need terms and sometimes some time to qualify for a loan that will cash you out. They are quality people who have been thoroughly screened to qualify for our special program.
Of course, they will make monthly payments until they get their final home loan approval, and will take care of 100% of the home maintenance. And know that we use a closing attorney for every transaction – and we pay all the costs, so you won’t be out of pocket.
Typically, we use either a lease option or owner financing, both of which have a deadline for them to perform. It’s obviously in their best interest to do so as quickly as possible.
The good news is there’s no commission to you and you’ll get full price for your home because we’re offering terms if they need it.
There’s never any cost to you as the seller, and if a buyer doesn’t come along we approve, nothing is lost but a little time. And we won’t waste your time or ours!

All we need from you as the seller to move forward is an acceptable terms agreement, so we can buy your house with a 90 day window, and we’ll get to work immediately with an extensive marketing campaign (both online and offline) which has been proven to bring the best buyer in record time. Or, we may purchase your home ourselves, if the terms fits our home buying portfolio.
